You can apply for a lottery licence in the Town of Milton if you belong to a charitable or religious organization. The Government of Ontario and the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) regulate lottery licences in Ontario.
Apply for a lottery licence
Only charitable or non-profit charitable organizations are eligible for a lottery licence. To apply for a lottery licence in Milton, you must first complete the online Eligibility Application for Lottery Licensing.

If your lottery doesn’t fall under Milton’s jurisdiction, you’ll need to contact the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario to apply for a licence.
Fees
Lottery licences cost 3% of the total prize value.
