Email us or call 905-875-5418 to arrange a visit to a facility. We recommend that you visit facilities in person before renting to ensure that they meet all of your requirements.
Facility rentals
If you know where you'd like to host your party, gathering or activity, please complete the appropriate rental form from the list below. Please note that non-residents and commercial renters have an additional 10 per cent charge on all facility rentals.

We calculate price as 30 guests (20 children and 10 adults). Pricing varies based on number of participants. For parties up to 60 guests, we reserve 30 spots on the ice. |

Please note: We charge additional time on an hourly basis (subject to room availability). Insurance is not included in package pricing but is required. We can help with providing insurance or you must provide proof of general liability insurance.
*Party room rental time does not include set up and tear down time. Additional setup and takedown time must be included in the time of the rental.
Last minute facility rentals
Want to rent a facility in the next 48 hours? Book last minute and save 40 per cent off ice rentals, gymnasiums, meeting, activity, party and banquet rooms.
Please email us or call at 905-875-5418 from 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. on weekdays or Saturdays from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. to book your last minute rental.

- We require proof of insurance for all facility rentals (we can assist in providing insurance)
- This offer does not apply to previously booked facilities
- All sales are final and not eligible for a refund
- Rentals are subject to staff approval
