Rental feesIt costs $43 per sign/per week (excludes HST) to rent one of our electronic signs. This price includes both sides of the sign, where applicable. Non-residents and commercial users will be subject to a 10 per cent premium on the applicable rate. |

Please send us a completed Municipal Outdoor Sign Request to apply before your requested rental period’s deadline. We will notify you within one month if your sign’s message is approved.

Rental terms and conditions
Once your message and sign has been confirmed, you can pay by cheque, Visa or MasterCard. All cheques are payable to the Town of Milton. You must complete a separate form for each rental request. The exact message needs to be included on the application for approval.

Cancellations and refunds |
Refunds will be issued if written cancellation notice is received 14 days prior to the event or activity. We will refund 80 per cent of the rental fee. If applicable, a cheque issuance fee may apply. |
Message content |
The Town of Milton holds the right to veto unsuitable messages or those of a religious, political or immoral nature. The rental of sign space does not imply endorsement by the Town of Milton. |
