Class C |
Refers to a refreshment vehicle that is not motorized and doesn’t require a health certificate from the Medical Officer of Health because it is exclusively a vendor of pre-packaged frozen products. This includes ice cream bikes, yoghurt and juice carts. |
Class D |
Refers to a refreshment vehicle where some of the food sold is prepared in the vehicle. This includes hot dog carts and chip trucks. |
Class E |
Refers to a refreshment vehicle that is used for charitable non-profit functions only. |
