The Town of Milton invites you to celebrate Earth Day 2024 on April 22. This special day is all about learning, sharing, and taking action to help our planet. It's a big deal all over the world, with over one billion people joining in to help fight climate change.

We want to keep our environment safe and clean for everyone. A healthy planet is not an option — it's a necessity.

We're planting hundreds of trees

The Town looks at projects and plans through a "green" lens, thinking about the environment, sustainability, and saving energy. This year, we're going to plant hundreds of trees along streets and in parks. We're also working with Conservation Halton and Sustainable Milton to plant even more trees to help grow our forests back.

Change begins when we do something! We believe that what each person does can really make a difference that lasts.
