Milton Fire & Rescue Services operates out of five fire stations with plans to expand as our community continues to grow. In order to meet the safety needs of our community, we are constantly upgrading our facilities, equipment and fleet.
Station No. 1 – fire training centre
Station No. 1 is located at 405 Steeles Ave., Milton
Station history and development |
Fire Station No. 1 was built in 1977 and has transformed over the years into a Fire Station and Fire Training Centre. The facility provides diverse training options for both new recruit fire fighters and experienced staff. |
Fleet and equipment |
The building includes an apparatus bay that houses fire trucks and equipment. Training areas have a large divisible room that can accommodate concurrent sessions and a simulation control room for the most current interactive and virtual training initiatives. |
Station No. 2
Station No. 2 is located at 2665 Reid Side Rd., Milton. This facility is shared with Halton Regional Emergency Medical Services and Halton Regional Police Services. Built in 2003, our part-time firefighters respond to emergencies from this station.

Station No. 3 – Headquarters
Station No. 3 is located at 610 Savoline Blvd., Milton.

This building was completed in 2012 and is the home of the Fire Administration, Fire Prevention/Public Education and Support Services divisions. |
Fleet and equipment |
Station No. 3 is a 15,000 square foot facility and includes a state-of-the-art communications centre. |
Station No. 4
Station No. 4 is located at 405 James Snow Parkway S., Milton. This facility is 10,500 square feet and provides support to residents in Milton’s urban core. We are staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Station No. 5
Station No. 5 is located at 7825 and 7815 Louis St. Laurent Ave., Milton. Station No. 5 is home to Milton Fire & Rescue Services and Halton Paramedic Service Station.
History and development |
The Town of Milton and Halton Region have engaged in a joint effort to build a new facility providing both paramedic and fire protection service. |
