The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act regulations apply to all public sector organizations and third parties that provide goods and services to members of the public on the Town of Milton’s behalf.

Certificate of Recognition
As part of Milton’s commitment to health and safety for contractors, employees and residents, we have adopted the Certificate of Recognition (CORTM) program as part of our construction contract management and tendering process. Builterra Guide for Contractors
In an effort to standardize, streamline and connect the contract administration workflow including design quantity take-offs, cost estimating, field inspection reporting and progress payment certification, the Town of Milton is moving towards use of the Builterra construction contract administration platform for all Infrastructure projects. Builterra has created a Guide for Contractors.
