The Engineering and Parks Standards Manual is provided to assist developers and consultants in the design and preparation of engineering submissions for subdivisions and site plan developments.

This Manual provides the Town's standards for the design and construction of municipal infrastructure (such as roadways, parks, open spaces, stormwater management facilities and conveyance systems, traffic controls, and street lighting), as well as the processes related to design, construction, maintenance, and assumption of municipal infrastructure.

Additionally, this Manual provides engineering criteria and guidelines related to the design of private site/lot grading and drainage conveyance as they pertain to both subdivision and site plan development.

The Engineering and Parks Standards Manual is updated from time to time. Be sure to use the most recent version when preparing engineering submissions.
