Survey shows that Miltonians value community engagement opportunities

During the month of June, more than 700 residents and business owners, ranging in age from teenagers to seniors, provided feedback though Milton’s Community Engagement Survey.

Feedback from the survey focused on the desire for engagement activities to be informative and educational, as well as clear and transparent. Additionally, comments underscored the need for opportunities for engagement to be accessible to residents at locations on their daily path or available in online formats.

Innovation & Future Development Fair -- Tuesday, June 26 at Town Hall (drop in between 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm)

Have your say on two important planning projects happening in the community. Join us at Town Hall for an interactive evening of presentations, demonstrations and workshops.

Check out the Milton Education Village (MEV) Innovation Centre's interactive booth featuring information about local smart initiatives, as well as the MEV Secondary Plan booth where you can see how the community's input has been translated into a preliminary land-use plan.

Two workshop sessions are scheduled:

Agerton/Trafalgar Secondary Plan - 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Milton Mobility Hub Study - 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
